Update: Hockey development on a roll

The Pinelands Hockey Club skills development initiative, Friday Night Lights, is doing its bit for the community. For two consecutive Fridays, 13 and 20 May 2011, children from an underprivileged school, Garden Village Primary, enrolled in the hockey development clinic.

Wilde hands out free juice to all the participating hockey players.

On Friday the 13th, Friday Night Lights hosted 88 children for hockey skills development, with 12 of the athletes hailing from Garden Village. The following Friday saw 89 children attending practice, with 17 from Garden Village!

Pinelands Hockey Club is pleased with the development of the participants' hockey skills. After only three sessions of Friday Night Lights, huge improvement has been spotted - these kids are dribbling towards success!

Wilde Fruit Juice is one of the proud sponsors of this hockey skills development clinic, handing out free Wilde. As lots of parents come out to support their kids, the Pinelands Hockey Club helps encourage sales of Wilde among them - for their kids' lunch boxes and so forth.
