That's right! It's Wilde Cycle Day-time again, proudly brought to you by Wilde Fruit Juice. This annual Wilde funride gives many league cyclists the opportunity to prepare for the forthcoming Cape Argus in March, but Wilde likes to pay homage to the Fun Element of the Funride!

The little town of Wellington is flocked by many a cycle enthusiast each year, by virtue of the Wilde Cycle Day's growing reputation pedaling waaay ahead of the event, year after year. With two cycle routes and two mountain biking trails to choose from, it comes as no surprise.

The cycle routes will take the roadsters through the quaint town of Wellington which is surrounded by beautiful views, while the MTB trails will lead the gravel-hungry participants straight into these views - to experience it on a whole different level!

Team Wilde finishes the 2011 Attakwas Extreme

Team Wilde participated in the Attakwas Extreme MTB Marathon that took place on 15 January 2011. This event is considered to be the most challenging of all MTB events in South Africa.

The Attakwas Extreme MTB Marathon takes place annually around this time of year and covers a great distance of 121 km (with a 2 900 metre climb!) between Oudtshoorn and Groot Brak, consisting of seemingly endless uphills, gravel roads, Jeep Tracks and many river crossings washed out by rocky descents.

Kabous Marra finished this labouring challenge in a little over 8 hours. Well done!

Awesome Dawson

Alan Dawson is a member of Team Wilde. He doesn't just tag along on extreme mountainbiking adventures (with fellow extreme adventurer, Kabous Marra) - he makes a mark!

For that, Alan has recently been awarded with the Awesome Daweson title.

Now that's classic!

The Wilde Classic Golf Day on 3 November 2010 managed to raise R125 000 for the NG Church in Wellington. There were lots of angels, gorillas and pirates to keep the golfers well entertained throughout the day!

Botswana shows us how it's done

Wilde 100% Fruit Juice has ventured across the boarder to Botswana, where it was welcomed with a fancy floor display at the Boiteko Junction Spar!

Wilde to the rescue

Wilde Fruit Juice joined forces with Molteno Brothers to donate 28 000 litres of water to Beaufort West during December 2010. The area has been experiencing the worst drought in years, so we just had to help out!
